During my 30 years with the Metropolitan Police Service, I have developed a passion for two main areas;
From Constable to Borough Commander I have spent the majority of my career on borough in Front Line Policing. Along the way I have held every role upon which the current Promotion Assessment Centres are based, as well as assessing for over 10 years. These experiences have enabled me to help candidates present themselves with credibility and confidence and understand exactly what they need to do to be successful
The skills I have developed as a Hostage and Crisis Negotiator extend beyond policing boundaries. Successfully dealing with people in crisis or under stress who may be both vulnerable and volatile are skills that can benefit employees across a range of public and private sector organisations. Whether being recognised as a compassionate and caring employer, through to faster customer resolutions and greater efficiency, the benefits from acquiring such skills are clear.
